The Woman Behind Concordia

"Every event I cater brings me one step closer to the restaurant I’ve been preparing for my whole life."

I was born in Turkmenistan and took my first job as a waitress at 16. I still remember the scent of freshly washed tablecloths, the heavy curtains soaked with cigarette smoke, and how the morning light slowly filled the empty restaurant. That moment — the quiet before service — stayed with me forever.

At 23, I moved to Kyiv and built a new life. I worked as a personal assistant and project manager, studied interior design, and eventually returned to what I loved most: hospitality. I opened a small café, launched office lunch deliveries, and built a catering company with €400,000 in annual turnover.

In 2022, the war in Ukraine destroyed my business — but not my vision.

I came to the Netherlands with nothing but experience, determination, and a deep belief in what food can do. That belief became Concordia Catering.

And one day soon, it will become something even more:
a restaurant built on everything I’ve lived, loved, and learned — a place with a soul.
