My name is Sabina, and I am the founder of Concordia Catering. The journey of our company began in 2016 in Kyiv when a friend asked me to prepare snacks for a charity evening. The event was a success, and from that moment, I fell in love with finger food. Since then, my life has been intricately tied to events and catering, with every dish I create reflecting my passion and dedication.

Even when the war in Ukraine disrupted my business, I refused to abandon my beloved craft. I started from scratch in the Netherlands, establishing Concordia Catering and bringing my experience and love for food to new clients. The enthusiastic looks and delighted exclamations from those who try my food energize me and fuel my desire to keep going. Our food brings a piece of our soul to your celebration.

With a wealth of experience in event organization, I previously operated a successful catering company and school catering service in Kyiv. Additionally, I ran a European kitchen restaurant, “Gastro Tour,” which seated 50 guests, where I honed my skills in delivering high-quality culinary experiences. This extensive background enables me to bring a unique blend of expertise and authenticity to Concordia Catering, ensuring each event we cater is exceptional.
