Tender beef, slow-cooked until soft and succulent, combined with sautéed mushrooms and onions in a rich and creamy Stroganoff sauce. The dish is gently seasoned with black pepper, salt and aromatic spices, while beef fat is used to develop a deep, savoury flavour. Slowly cooked to allow the beef to become exceptionally tender and the flavours to blend together. Simply heat, serve with your favourite side and enjoy a comforting, restaurant-quality beef dinner at home.
