Refund and Cancellation Policy

Concordia Catering values its clients and strives to provide the highest quality service. Due to the nature of our products and operational logistics, we apply the following refund and cancellation rules:

1. Catering Orders Cancellation

• Catering orders (including buffets, banquet service, lunch box delivery, and Party Boxes) can be canceled no later than 7 working days before the event date.

• In case of cancellation less than 7 working days in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable, as ingredients are purchased and preparation has already started.

• For cancellations made more than 7 working days in advance, a refund is possible minus a 10% administrative fee (bank commission, consultation time, preparation costs).

2. Food Return Policy

• According to food safety and hygiene regulations, returns or exchanges of food products are not permitted, unless there is a confirmed production defect or an error on our part.

• All meals are made to order, using fresh ingredients, and cannot be resold or stored after delivery.

3. Cancellation of Individual Orders (under €200)

• Orders under €200 (e.g., Party Boxes for private clients) can be canceled no later than 72 hours before delivery.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by Concordia Catering

• In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, equipment failure, or unforeseen events), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an order. In such cases, the client will be offered:

  • a full refund, or

  • an alternative date or product substitution.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All requests must be sent by email to concordia.catering@gmail.com
Please include:

• Order number and date

• Reason for cancellation

• Preferred refund method (if applicable)

6. General Terms

• By placing an order through our website, you confirm your acceptance of this policy.

• Corporate clients may be subject to individual terms specified in a signed agreement.
